Today I interacted with too many people who are filled with turmoil, excessive stress, depression and hopelessness. Their self-esteem is lower than low, and they have no one who is encouraging them. This is an epidemic in our society and it’s taking a huge toll. There is huge power in supporting others. You may not think so, but it’s true. When I have gone through difficult situations, I was trulyblessed with the people who encouraged me, told me they were there for me, and that everything would be alright. Even though I am a Life Coach, I try, even when “off-duty”, to be there and encourage anyone who seems to be suffering. It doesn’t take much. I have said this before: Doing something kind for another person actually increases your happiness and self-esteem too. I know many of you are also going through difficult times and it’s not always easy to encourage others when you feel you need it too. But…knowing that one person may be encouraged by something uplifting that came from your mouth is truly the best medicine of all…#susankorwin
