I have fed the mouths of those that have talked behind my back. I have wiped tears off the faces of those that have caused mine. I have literally picked up people who have tried to knock me down. I have done favors for people who can do nothing for me. I have put band aids on wounds of people who have caused me pain. I have been there for people who have never been there for me. Am I crazy? Maybe I am. But, I will never lose who I am because of the nastiness of others. I will continue to be me because that is just who I am. Life is not easy for any of us, but even through all the sludge, I will continue being a kind and giving person…. .
