To be an effective friend and leader, you must be trustworthy. If you are not trustworthy, your personal life as well as your business life will suffer. Personal credibility comes down to one thing: It’s not about who you are or what you say. It’s about what you DO. If you can’t be trusted to do what you say, if you gossip and lie, then you will be one of those people who are weeded out of my life.
