Listen closely to those voices inside your head. They are voices from your inner child. Like a recording, you are hitting the “replay” button over and over. Realize that you are not that child anymore and whoever made you feel bad about yourself is no longer important. Focus on the person you are now and cancel out the negative self-talk with positive, uplifting messages. Learn to change the channel whenever a negative thought comes into your head. You DO have a choice.
