If you are a constant worrier, just know that it is a completely normal emotion so don’t beat yourself up. However, you can reduce your stress levels and boost the positive side of your emotions if you’re at least able to stop worrying about things you can’t change. For the things you CAN change, take action and do something about them! If you can’t control it, why worry? If you can control it, why worry? Today, enjoy every minute and stop worrying because worrying doesn’t take away your troubles, it only takes away your joy! #susankorwin
