Last night we had the pleasure of attending my friend Giada Valenti’s monthly concert at Etcetera, Etcetera restaurant in Manhattan. As usual, she was a big hit. The other big hit was the owner of the restaurant, Daniele! I am using him today as an example of how, when we are passionate and love what we do, we achieve more than just the financial gains. It’s the old story: If you do what excites and fulfills you, you’ll give yourself to it completely. This man has so much energy and so much passion, and it shows! His attitude trickles down to every person who enters and works there.
At the end of the day, if you do what you love, you’ll say: My time was well spent today.
