Susan’s Sound Advice #1237

David Cassidy’s last words before passing away were “so much wasted time”. Shortly before his illness, he had made the decision to focus on who he truly was, without any distractions…to love and to enjoy life. He didn’t want to prove himself anymore and didn’t want to tour. Sadly, he never got that chance, and his last words to his daughter said it all. Because of his words, she stated, “This will be a daily reminder for me to share my gratitude with those I love and to never waste another minute…”
Here are my words to you: Today is as good as any to stop waiting for Friday, stop waiting for Summer, stop waiting for someone to “make your day”, stop waiting for someone to compliment you, stop wishing for your youth back, stop waiting for that promotion or that big house or that fancy car. Happiness and peace is achieved when you stop waiting for it and make the most of the moment you are in now! #susankorwin
