Five years ago, I was honored to be the guest speaker for “An Evening with Susan Korwin” hosted by Jersey Julie. During the evening, I spoke from the heart, and here is a sample of part of my speech. “Luck is random. You may think that only you are targeted for bad luck, but everyone has their share of misfortune. There is no such thing as armor that protects us from every mishap, accidental fall, or heartbreak. Life has a way of testing our will, and there are times when nothing will happen or everything will happen all at once.
