I want to erase the stigma of anyone suffering from any kind of mental anguish. So many are ashamed or think they are alone. This is so far from the truth. I am here to tell you that I am starting a new hashtag #IHAVEBEENTHERE to let you know that I too have experienced many of the symptoms listed in the attached photo.
