We all have a voice inside that narrates our life. It’s that constant inner dialogue. It’s what you tell yourself from the minute you wake until you fall asleep at night. Some voices say “good morning, it’s going to be a great day”. Other voices say, “I don’t want to get up, what’s the point?”. That negative voice is one of the main causes of problems in our life. It drains our energy and makes everything worse. To change things from bad to better, you must change your inner dialogue. Catch it in action, and stop it. It requires you to constantly pay attention to your own narrator. From now on, don’t blame external circumstances for your sadness. Think about what you’ve been thinking. You ARE what you THINK you are. The quality of your life is what you and you alone control.
