20 Jun Susan’s Sound Advice #216
Many of us live our days with persistent sadness. For some of us, all we need is a good cry to cleanse ourselves of the pain and sorrow we are feeling and then feel rejuvenated. But, when the sadness becomes a part of our life with no relief, that’s when we should seek help. Often our beliefs create thoughts that contribute to our sadness. Try hard to identify the beliefs that might be making you sad. Work to eliminate these limiting beliefs from your life. Each new day is another opportunity to improve your life. Take advantage of each opportunity to live life to its fullest. No matter what is going on or who has hurt you, don’t allow the sadness to define you and interfere with achieving your goals. Turn that frown upside down. We all need to see your beautiful smile!©susankorwin
