Every time we have a limiting belief about ourselves, for example, “I am never going to be successful”, “my heart is going to be broken”, “I am ugly”, etc. , we gradually paint a portrait that assumes to be who we really are. We go through our life looking at this portrait and hating it more and more. What we don’t realize is that we are the artists who created that portrait! Remember this: If we can create a painting, we have the power, talent and capability to change it.
