Susan’s Sound Advice #237

We are all born with a special talent or character trait that makes us unique. It is up to us to discover that “gift” and magnify it so that it overshadows any shortcomings we may have. As children, we didn’t dream of being just ok or average. If we built a sandcastle and it got knocked down, we started again without a second thought. Our days were limitless. Who stole our confidence as we grew? Was it our parents, our friends? Maybe a teacher or coach? It’s never too late to change. The habit of low self-confidence can be easily broken by finding the passion you once had as a child. Learn something new each day. Find time to play. I have confidence in you. Why shouldn’t you?©susankorwin
