Whenever we encounter a challenge or problem, we tend to put all our focus on trying to get rid of it. We become tense and our stomach gets tied up in knots. By focusing solely on the problem, we give it more energy and make it even stronger. The best thing to do in this situation is to temporarily change our focus to something enjoyable. Listen to music, take a walk, meditate, or go to a movie. Once you relax, you will notice that the problem becomes less intense and you can think clearer in order to do what is necessary to overcome the challenge. It really doesn’t matter what the problem is. Your intuition will give you the guidance you need.
