When things look bleak, work hard to find the light even though things look dark. No matter how bad it seems, staying stuck in self-pity and resentment will only drag you deeper into the darkness. It IS a choice. Life is filled with ups and downs, and resisting the downs will only exhaust you. Remember, life is fluid. The ups and downs are a given. Have the attitude that every bad situation is only temporary and trust that the tides will change as they always do!©susankorwin
