For those of you who are going through a difficult time right now and need a little support, let me share this with you. Try to keep smiling even though you feel like crying. It is a fact that our thoughts, if they are changed from negative to positive send out energy vibrations to effect more desirable outcomes. Trust that with each step you take, no matter how dark it seems, a dim of light will illuminate your path, and
gradually will get brighter and brighter. Things will never get better with anger, worry and fear.
