When things look bleak, work hard to find the light even though things look dark. No matter how bad it seems, staying stuck in self-pity and resentment will only drag you deeper into the darkness. It IS a choice. Life is filled with waves, and resisting them will only exhaust you. Like fluid, the ebb and flow are a given. Have the attitude that every bad situation is only temporary and trust that the tides will change as they always do! Don’t let anything wash away your joy!
