With our current technology, many things get accomplished with just the push of a button. Life also affords us the opportunity to choose our internal “button pushing” responses. Some of us automatically push the “panic button” while some of us choose the “pause button” or “control/alt/del button. Whatever circumstance you find yourself in today will allow you a choice of what button to push. Yourchoice will affect the outcome. If you are like me, I have found myself hitting the panic button more times than I care to recall. All it has ever done was cause unnecessary stress, and, just like a car alarm that goes off accidentally…usually is a false alarm. It is a fact that we will all face situations where panic is our first instinct. Pushing buttons is a part of our lives just like breathing. I encourage you to take your finger off the panic button, reset it, and create a new button: The “faith” button. This is my no. 1 New Year Resolution! #no panic #faith #life #calm #resolution
