Valentine’s Day is all about love. So, whatever you do, and whoever you share it with, make sure you show your love. . for yourself, for others, and for life itself. Today is one of my busiest days in Life Coaching because many who are single feel lonely and depressed. If you know someone is lonely, reach out to them with a phone call or special gift. If we all connect our heart with the hearts of others, we can then truly grasp the true meaning of Valentine’s Day!
