I often get asked who seeks help from a Life Coach. People from all walks of life work with professional Coaches to help achieve their goals, including relationships, career, finance, health and more. Working with a personal Coach is not limited to any type of person, but usually those who are interested in taking the initiative in their own life are the ones who seek us out. People who get a Life Coach are committed to a more fulfilled life and are willing to do the work needed to get there. Some of the people I work with are moms, dads, singles, teens, professional athletes, actors and dancers.
