18 Oct Susan’s Sound Advice #49
I have to admit that I am impatient in some respects. I tend to lose patience when there is too much traffic or too long a line at the checkout counter. This is something that I am trying hard to correct. I think most of us have the same tendency…looking at our cellphones for the time, always rushing to get somewhere…and for what?
Impatience
robs us of a great deal of joy. If we can find ways to deal with it, we can
get so much more out of our time. We don’t have that much time on
this planet, but when we think about it, we have a lot of time each day.
Let’s use it wisely and get the most out of it, rather than being
miserable just because we can’t get to our destination soon enough. Might as well smell the roses while waiting on line in the garden!
