02 Apr Susan’s Sound Advice #501
I just read an interesting article and the first sentence was this: “Let’s say that I gave you the choice to take $1, 000, 000 in cold, hard, tax-free cash or magically be granted an extra 5 years of life. What would you choose?” Interesting, right? I know what I would choose, and that is the extra 5 years! Yes, the money is very tempting, but so many amazing things could happen in those extra 5 years. Money can be spent and regained. Time can only be spent, and once it’s gone…that’s it. It is something that should never be taken for granted. If you’re not living a life that you deserve or want, respect your relationship with time. Whether you are 20 years old or 80 years old, if there is a goal that you have always wanted to achieve, a place you have always wanted to visit, or a hobby that has always been of interest to you–now is the time to take action. Life moves like a speeding bullet, and in the end, we don’t want to look back and realize that “I will get to it” never happened. So, don’t just kill time…live life! #timeisallwehave #timewaitsfornoone #valueeveryminute
