My sons took a train trip across country this past summer. The photographs they took were stunning. One of them told me how there was a man throughout who never looked up from his laptop. To me, that is hard to believe, as with each new
moment, something wonderful and beautiful appeared that would have
taken his breath away, if only he saw it. Awareness
of what is around us is extremely important for all of
us. If our eyes and minds aren’t open to life, then we
stagnate.
