Susan’s Sound Advice #566

I am inspired by a friend’s photos from Montreal. Just seeing the photos brings back a flood of happy memories of my childhood (and adulthood) spent there. My mom was born and raised there, along with her huge family, and I call Montreal my second home. It’s truly interesting how fond memories evoke such happy feelings, and every time I think about my times spent there, those feelings arise. After all, what is living? Forging memories. What is dying? Forgetting them. So, if you are feeling “under the weather”, try to think back to a time, a place or even a song that made you happy. Think about it, remember that feeling, and see how your mood changes.
