“No matter what, I will leave everything that I touch and every person I meet a little better than I how I found them. ” I recently read an article about how the world has become such a negative, “me-oriented” place. People freely criticize others on Facebook, they don’t smile, they don’t hold doors for others, the throw trash on the ground etc. , etc. In all honesty, making the world a better placedoes not mean you have to start a charitable organization, it doesn’t mean you have to find a cure for cancer. It starts with just leaving someone better off after meeting you. Simple things matter. Give compliments freely, see the best in people instead of the worst, say thank you to anyone who serves you…. stop poking fun of others on FB or any other social media site! Each act of negativity breeds negativity, while each act of positivity breeds positivity. We don’t need world leaders to create peace in the world.
