Anything worth doing is not always going to be easy, and there are no shortcuts to any destination worth going to. To quote Albert Einstein, Genius is 1% talent and 99% percent hard work. You must practice and practice to be a great pianist. You must write and write in order to be a writer. You must go through many years of schooling in order to be a doctor, a dentist or a lawyer. You must actively work on changing those negative, toxic thoughts. There is no substitute for doing the work.
