03 Nov Susan’s Sound Advice #60
I recently read about an ice sculptor who admitted that even though he is willing to put in hours of work to create a masterpiece, he realizes just how short-lived it actually is. Most of these beautiful sculptures have melted into puddles
of water, and have only been seen by a limited number of people for a very
short time. It’s a little like life: Enjoy
…the great parts of life, but enjoy them right here
and right now. And when the good times ebb, let them go rather than
trying to hold on to them in fear that you
may never experience them again. You will, if you
simply let life be life, and accept that water will always turn to ice again.
