I met Robin Williams years ago when my brother was friendly with him and interviewed him for a 60 Minutes segment. I remember vividly complimenting his red Reebok sneakers. He was amazing. . Never underestimate the pain of a person. In all honesty, everyone is struggling. Just some people are better at hiding it than others. Behind many smiles hide rivers of tears. Sometimes people who laugh the most in our presence are those who cry the most when they are alone at night!. Knowing what it feels like to be in pain is exactly why we should try to be kind to others. We are all in this boat together…Rest in Peace Robin!
