13 Nov Susan’s Sound Advice #66
I like to use an analogy of the seasons to our current down cycle in the economy. After the lush foliage and abundant sun of summer, autumn shows us a leaner side of life. But, we still can
find much beauty and promise in it. While experiencing the
turmoil of the world around us today, we may not see the beauty
in it, but we can find peace in knowing that this is an
inevitable part of the cycle of life. If we have faith that
spring will come after winter, then we can look forward to
fall as a time that teaches us simplicity and wonder. Times change as do the seasons, but as long as we keep ourselves open to recognizing the beauty of each season, we can survive the “seasons” of life in peace.
