Susan’s Sound Advice #662

What a tragedy to hear that Joan Rivers, who voluntarily went in for a common medical procedure, ended up dead for reasons we don’t know of yet. This is another wake up call to all of us. We tend to take life for granted and don’t realize its fragility. . Your life can be stable as a rock, bu then, in one split second, tragedy can occur. We allow senseless, nonsensical things to preoccupy our mindsduring the day and worry about the wrong things rather than just simply enjoying life. We get angry, we get frustrated, we get depressed , and we let others bring us down. We let things that should not have any effect on our mood, make indelible marks on it. Who cares if the internet is down; Who cares if the kids are screaming; who cares if someone is better looking or skinnier. . these things, in the scope of life, are so unimportant. What I ask of you today is to appreciate everything and everyone good in your life. Count your blessings every single moment, because it can be during one of those very moments that your life can be taken from you. #rip #joanrivers #lifeisfragile
