Constantly complaining to anyone who will listen to us. while simultaneously wallowing in negativity without any desire or interest in solving the issue, can no longer be an option. It is never easy to break this “habit”, and yes…it is just a habit. But, with great practice, it can be done. Instead of complaining, we can choose to remember all the blessings we have. We can choose to increase theenergy when we walk into a room instead of draining it. Most importantly, learning to be happy is a skill that takes a lot of effort. With perseverance it can be done. Take control today by simply noticing every time you complain. Awareness is the first step. Challenge that complaint with a positive phrase.
