Are you one of those who picks yourself apart when you see yourself in a photo or
video? I, too am guilty as charged Do you look in the mirror and only see what’s imperfect about yourself?It has to be a continual effort on your part to learn to love the person you are inside and out every single day. Enhance and embrace the person you see in the mirror. Put up a sticky note that says, “I am gorgeous”, or “I am handsome” and soon you’ll start believing it!. It helps to surround yourself with those who see you for the wonderful person you truly are.
