The greatest reward in my professional life, which provides synergy in my personal life, is the knowledge that I helped someone overcome an obstacle in their life. I received an email, and, to paraphrase…here is the last sentence: “because of you I didn’t give up”. That is music to my ears. Strong people are not the ones who don’t cry…they are the ones who shed tears for a while then get up and continue to fight the battle. We all have some kind of pain in our life. But our pain is not an excuse to back out, it is the inspiration to move on. Thank you to my wonderful client who wrote those words to me. They are worth their weight in gold!
