I am sharing a tip with you that I often offer to my coaching clients: DANCE! I used to box every day and then, about 7 years ago, I bought an Urban Rebounder trampoline and started dancing on it on a daily basis. I love dancing on the trampoline, but you don’t need the trampoline. As a matter of fact, you don’t need any equipment at all to enjoy the many benefits of dancing. Here are a few: Dancing reduces stress, reduces depression (you cannot possibly feel sad while dancing to your favorite songs), strengthens your heart, improves balance, increases energy, and strengthens memory…just to name a few. I dance seven days a week for an hour a day. I dance when I’m happy, I dance when I’m sad. If I didn’t dance, I think I’d go mad Even if you have to dance around your kitchen, do it, even for a few minutes, and see how you feel!
