As you go about your day, be mindful of your inner voice,
Faith or fear, doubt or confidence, worry or belief…it is your choice;
Remember that what you feed will grow…so please don’t feed the fears…
And make sure your worst enemy is not living between your ears!
Be grateful that you are alive, for that is truly a gift,
And with that power of gratitude, your attitude will shift.
