Emotional intelligence is a different way of being smart. It includes knowing what your feelings are and using those feelings to make good decisions in life. It’s about being able to manage bad moods and controlling your impulses. It’s aboutbeing motivated and remaining hopeful and optimistic when you go through setbacks. . It’s about having empathy toward others. It’s about social skills and getting along with others. Being smart is not always about getting A’s. Hone your “EQ”…. . it’s a huge asset in getting ahead in your personal and business world.
