19 Jan Susan’s Sound Advice #794
Every time we have a limiting belief about ourselves, such as, “I’m never going to be successful, “My heart is going to be broken”, “I’m ugly”, we gradually paint a portrait that assumes to be who we really are. We go through life looking at this “portrait” and hating it more and more. What we don’t realize is that we are the artists who created that portrait. Remember this: If we can create a painting, we have the power, talent and capability to change it. Go ahead and take the paintbrush in your hand, revise the portrait, and see the good-looking and talented person that really belongs there!
