This is an amazing story: A while back I went to an event that I really didn’t feel like going to. I went anyway because I had made a promise to the person hosting the event, and I don’t like to renege on a promise. It was a networking event, and at the event, I was approached by a man who was very interested in my story. This was just after my book was published. He said he was interested in working with me, and I said “sure”, not thinking any more about it. Well, today, I received a call from him and an incredible opportunity is in the works. It just goes to show that you never know when the fickle finger of fate is going to point your way. I didn’t feel like going that night, but I did anyway. I didn’t feel like being sociable, but I was anyway……look what happened?! #susankorwin
