Don’t ever beat yourself up over something that could have been done better. Delete all the negative thoughts that are running through your mind. You did the best you could, so treat yourself with respect. Forget about the mistakes you made in the past and move on. Nothing can change the past. Stop calling yourself a failure. Take that word out of your vocabulary! How about thinking, “this is an opportunity to grow and learn for the future”. Remember, it takes courage to stay resilient and try and try again.
