“Action speaks louder than words” is a saying that we all know and one that has been around forever. Why? Because we are what we DO and not what we SAY we will do. Anyone can be a “big talker” because it doesn’t require hard work. What does require effort is following through with what you say you’re going to do, whether it’s pursuing your goal of losing weight, going back to school, or just keeping a promise. For instance, If someone tells you they love you, they dream about you and would do anything for you, yet this same person consistently shows you the complete opposite through their actions, do you think they really mean what they are saying? No, of course not! Learn to listen with your eyes and watch what a person does more than what they say. If you characterize people by their actions, you will no longer be fooled by their words. #susankorwin
