When we feel like we are losing control, , whether it has to do with our finances, our jobs, our health, our relationships, or even life passing too quickly, our tension, our anxiety and our anger and sadness rise to the boiling point. Relaxation seems like a distant and unattainable dream.
However, when you loosen the death grip and emotional “muscle spasm”, you will realize that nothing is within our control except our thoughts. The more energy you use to fuel the tension and depression, the more strength it gains. Releasing that negative energy and draining the fuel will result in one thing: Relaxation and peace of mind. We are meant to be in a state of relaxation…. a state where we are calm, alert and accepting of what is happening in our life. It doesn’t mean things are necessarily going well, but accepting things as they are will free us from the need to control things in our life that are out of our control…. #susankorwin
